Returns & Exchanges Policy
At DewEra Beauty, your satisfaction matters to us. We want you to love every product you receive.
If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.
Returns
Due to the nature of skincare products, we can only accept returns for unopened and unused items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return:
- Email our team at dewerabeauty@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you received the wrong item or a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We’ll gladly arrange a replacement or issue a store credit once your claim is verified.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:
- Opened or used skincare products
- Gift cards
- Sale or promotional items
Important Note
Please keep proof of postage for all returns.
DewEra Beauty is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
